⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.


Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes — you can.

If you are not satisfied with the products you received, you may return them within 30 days of delivery, provided your order meets the following conditions:

  • The order includes all parts, components, and original packaging, which must be undamaged.

  • The product has been used normally; damage resulting from misuse or mishandling is excluded.

  • Products of a hygienic nature must be thoroughly cleaned before return.

  • If a product was damaged upon delivery, you are entitled to return it.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Returns will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged in a way that is not our responsibility.


How to Return Your Order

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to: info@rosanewyork.com

  2. Make sure your email includes:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the product (in case of damage)

    • Customer full name

    • Customer address

Once we receive your request, we will contact you with the return address.
⚠️ Never send the package back to the sender’s address.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase under the following conditions, provided you are a natural person acting for purposes outside your trade, business, or profession.

A. Cancellation Terms

Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the last item in your order (either by you or a person authorized to receive it, excluding the carrier).

Please note that we use a fully automated order processing system—orders are processed immediately after being placed.
For this reason, it is not possible to interrupt the shipping process or issue a refund before the package has been delivered.


Orders in Transit

Our products are shipped from Asia, and therefore delivery times may be longer due to logistics beyond our control.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Please wait until you receive the package and then return it following the process above.

You may notify us in advance of your intention to withdraw.
To speed up the process, please provide proof of shipment when you return your order.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your order, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (and any additional costs resulting from a shipping method other than our standard one).

Refunds will be issued without unnecessary delay, no later than 14 days after we have received your withdrawal notice and the returned goods.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
No fees will be charged for this refund.
